ABSTRACT

People want comfort so they want organization to be productive.

Some forms of organizations have imposed themselves more or less but with results not very good.

We were in an Age of forms of organizations originated in the Western World spreading across the world.

Important changes should come from the degree of use of internet.

A problem is that people are raised being told that creativity is not necessary.

Callings are needed for good research, which means good education.

Research is necessary because present knowledge is not enough knowledge for solving some present problems.
