ABSTRACT: This study dealt with information systems in its dimensions (the subsystem of polarization, the training subsystem, the subsystem of stimulation) as an independent variable, and the containment of the effectiveness of human resources in its dimensions (effectiveness of performance, decision making). It also sought to achieve a set of objectives, as well as to test the relationship of correlation and influence between the dimensions of information systems and the effectiveness of human resources in the organization in question, and to know the extent to which a sample of the information environment supporting human resources and its contribution to achieving and enhancing the containment of workers, Was used as a tool for data collection, which was analyzed by a combination of descriptive and analytical statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Spearman correlation coefficient, and simple and multiple regression coefficient Using the Statistical Application (SPSS Ver-22). The importance of the study is that it came out with an intellectual background to the nature of its variables, based on the applied reality in the study site, and reached a set of conclusions and recommendations.
