Abstract: Let us be reminded that, in developed countries, people look for good results. In developed countries, people take advantage of any available duration of time. In countries not developed there are many considerations taken into account and efficiency comes last. In countries not developed, not educated people support incompetent people to be leaders. No description of the transition period for becoming developed is available. The solution for development is to use more the minds and less the bodies. I compiled what was already written about development.
