Abstract: A problem is solved only temporary if causes are not taken into account. The problems which need thinking are the problems which are persistent. A way to avoid problems is to use all the abilities of the employees. A lot of problems come from the egocentrism of people. Some people are interested in knowing it ifsome research is done and published and not interested in the content and it is unfortunate.
