The publication was created using empirical research in the form of interviews with experts dealing with OLTP systems. In addition to indicating the advantages of the OLTP system, the paper presents an explanation of the system’s features. The article refers to personal data, which is also processed in OLTP systems. Therefore, the work has a practical aspect.
