ABSTRACT: Every sector has witnessed substantial advancements in AI. Understanding the current stateand future potential of AI in the employment sector is the objective of this research. Methods for conducting a literature review have been devised to accomplish the purpose of the research. In addition to LR, the literature review section of the paper was assisted by ChatGPT, which was facilitated by AI. AI is not a novelty, according to the findings; it is genuine and has the potential to be of great assistance. This study identifies the historical context, present advancements, and prospective implications of artificial intelligence (AI) in sectors traditionally occupied exclusively by humans. Findings indicate that artificial intelligence has effectively supplanted human workers in the workplace. In the domains of education, human resources and administration, autonomous vehicles have supplanted entry-level trainers; in the driving and marketing sectors, advertising personnel have been substituted with market analytics; and in the driving and driving sectors, entry-level employees have been replaced with AI.
