ABSTRACT:- Motivation is represented by all the reasons that generate voluntary actions, oriented towards a certain direction in order to reach well defined objectives. In other words, motivation refers to a set of forces that cause or mobilize the individual to engage in a given behavior. People’s motivation differs both in level and intensity, but especially in terms of the types of motivations, of what guides people in their actions.
